Yajaira's Bio

Professional Background :
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Science Movement from the Liberty Pedagogical University in Venezuela.  My early career was spent working at an orthopedic hospital, coaching the University of Houston swim team,  and working as a personal trainer at a country club. 
I received my Medical Exercise Specialist license in 2012 and have been working as MES and Post-rehab Trainer in the Houston area.
​I have a passion for what I do, and Houston has been my home for 20 years.

Career Development :
Because I love to help people, I became very interested in studying in depth about the human body and all aspects of wellness, including post rehab conditions.
